On November 10, 2022, We had the distinct honor of producing the launch event for the House of Walpole at No.1 Palace Street, The St. Regis Residences. This exclusive residence, a collaboration between Northacre Properties and Walpole, stands as a testament to British luxury craftsmanship, bringing together the nation’s finest brands within a single, ultra-luxurious space.

No.1 Palace Street is one of London’s most coveted addresses, situated adjacent to Buckingham Palace and offering unparalleled views of the Palace and its private gardens. The residence seamlessly integrates five distinct architectural styles—Italian Renaissance, Beaux-Arts, French Renaissance, Queen Anne, and 21st-century Contemporary—creating a harmonious blend of historical and modern design.

The interior design of the House of Walpole was masterfully curated by Oliver Burns Studio, an award-winning luxury architectural interior design firm known for their ethos of ‘Thoughtful Luxury’. Drawing inspiration from the adjacent palace gardens, the design concept, titled ‘A Celebration of the Palace Gardens’, incorporates elements that reflect the natural beauty and serenity of the surroundings. This 4,000 sq ft duplex residence features bespoke pieces from esteemed British luxury brands, including Helen Amy Murray, Aiveen Daly, Cole & Son, Savoir Beds, and Maddox Gallery.

The launch event was a meticulously orchestrated affair, reflecting the residence’s dedication to British luxury and craftsmanship. Attendees were immersed in the thoughtfully designed spaces that embody the essence of British luxury and the tranquility of the palace gardens. The event successfully highlighted the collaborative efforts of Northacre Properties, Walpole, and Oliver Burns Studio, setting a new benchmark for luxury living in London.
