Orchard Place Launch

In 2023, We had the privilege of orchestrating the launch event for Northacre’s Orchard Place at The Broadway, a landmark development in Westminster, London. This project transformed the former site of the Metropolitan Police Headquarters into a vibrant mixed-use destination, featuring six architecturally striking towers housing 258 luxury apartments, complemented by 116,000 sq ft of contemporary office space and 27,000 sq ft of retail offerings.

The launch event was meticulously designed to reflect the development’s emphasis on wellness and community. Guests were introduced to the thoughtfully landscaped public realms and the two elevated fourth-floor gardens, which provide serene urban oases amidst the bustling cityscape. The event also showcased the development’s rich historical context, with Orchard Place drawing inspiration from the site’s past as the orchards of Westminster Abbey, seamlessly blending heritage with contemporary luxury.

Attendees were treated to curated experiences that highlighted the development’s commitment to holistic living, aligning with Northacre’s vision of creating London’s wellness capital. The event successfully captured the essence of Orchard Place, setting the stage for its future as a dynamic hub of residential, commercial, and retail excellence in the heart of London.
